Due to the nature of our dietary supplements and consumable products, all sales made through Realigen Labs are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies to both opened and unopened products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Realigen Labs as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.

After reviewing the issue, Realigen Labs may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, submitted for fulfillment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Realigen Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
